For established businesses, we offer a growth plan (2 available) to take your business from where it’s at right now to the best it can be. This is a 6-month commitment that starts with a business analysis. To understand where you want to go, Jim will take an in-depth look at where you are. This analysis will cover a review of your books and taxes, HR Policies (handbook, etc), all systems, and finally your products and pricing.

This package also comes with a full-day intensive where we’ll dive deep into who you are and what you need. You’ll also receive weekly 45-minute coaching sessions to keep you accountable and answer the questions that come up along the way. You’ll have access to Jim daily for questions and answers as needed via email or messaging.

You’ll also meet with Jim for monthly accountability and reset sessions. These 2 hour meetings with Jim are meant to help reflect on the progress made so far, but also to ensure steady, measured progress continues. Quarterly reviews with Jim will also help see the big picture.
 
Within these meetings, Jim will help you identify your WHY. What is your purpose and passion and how do those tie-in to your business goals? You’ll also identify what success looks like for you. It’s impossible to know if you’ve hit your target if you don’t set one ahead of time.
 
Jim will review your business plan. For strategic marketing opportunities, he’ll make sure you know who your clients are, what they want, and how you are the right person to serve them. When it comes to financing and capitalization, Jim can help you understand the various facets of funding your business and what resources are available.
As a numbers man, Jim will help you understand and set the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you need to track to know how your business is doing. He’ll help with accounting setup so that you know your numbers at all times while also reviewing your products and ensuring they have the proper price points to appeal to customers.
 
The difference between a successful business and one that flounders often comes down to the everyday minutiae. Jim will consult with you to set up the processes you need to execute daily, monthly and annually. He’ll also assist with system review, including your policies and procedures.
 
Finally, Jim will advise on the strategies you’ll need to grow and grow your business by advising on personally and HR setup. Jim is an expert in establishing strategic alliances and will help you not only surround yourself with professionals, but to also outsource and rely on support teams.
