For Startups, we offer a plan (2 available) to cover everything you’ll need to launch. This is a 6-month commitment that comes with a full-day intensive where we’ll dive deep into who you are and what you need. You’ll also receive weekly 90-minute coaching sessions to keep you accountable and answer the questions that come up along the way.

You’ll also meet with Jim for monthly accountability and reset sessions. These 2-hour meetings with Jim are meant to help startups reflect on the progress made so far, but also to ensure steady, measured progress continues. Quarterly reviews with Jim will also help see the big picture.

Within these meetings, Jim will help you identify your WHY. What is your purpose and passion and how do those tie in to your business goals? You’ll also identify what success looks like for you. It’s impossible to know if you’ve hit your target if you don’t set one ahead of time.

Jim will help you set up your business correctly with appropriate entity selection (S-Corp, LLC, etc.) and get you set up legally at both the state and federal level. He will advise on proper board meeting setup as well as insurance and liability protection. If applicable, he’ll cover sales tax and management. There’s so much that goes into starting up a business and Jim will make sure you are protected.

Jim will review or help to create your business plan. For strategic marketing opportunities for startups, he’ll make sure you know who your clients are, what they want, and how you are the right person to serve them. When it comes to financing and capitalization, Jim can help you understand the various facets of funding your business and what resources are available.

As a numbers man, Jim will help you understand and set the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you need to track to know how your business is doing. He’ll help with accounting setup so that you know your numbers at all times while also helping to identify your products and the proper price points to appeal to customers.

The difference between a successful business and one that flounders often comes down to the every day minutiae. Jim will consult with you to set up the processes you need to execute daily, monthly, and annually. He’ll also assist with system setup, including your policies and procedures.

Finally, Jim will advise on the strategies you’ll need to grow and grow your business by advising on personal and HR setup. Jim is an expert in establishing strategic alliances and will help you not only surround yourself with professionals but to also outsource and rely on support teams.
